New court booking system

From Monday 28 January onwards, Harrow Weald LTC will be using a new online system for booking courts. This is because Book-It is ceasing to exist at the end of January as the LTA is terminating support for it.

In order to use the new system, members should login and register to the Club's area of the LTA ClubSpark system. All current members should have had an email invitation to register and can start using it straightaway.

Having registered, all members should be able to see court bookings. However, as before, only the following membership categories will be able to book courts:

• Full
• 5-Day (Monday-Friday)
• Intermediate

Once registered, you should be able to access the system via the club website, as before. Hopefully the transition will be fairly smooth, but please bear with us if there are any teething problems.
