Whether you're looking to join HWLTC for the first time or renewing your membership for the umpteenth time, you can find out more information about our memberships and download the appropriate form right here.
Our annual fees run from 1 April to 31 March. We keep our membership fees very reasonable with special offers for adults joining as
'Peak' members. We've recently updated our membership prices so if you're an existing member looking to renew, please check the prices on the relevant form.

Which membership's right for you?
Peak
A Peak membership allows you to:
- play tennis anytime
- join social tennis mix-ins
- play in club tournaments and team matches
Introductory
An Introductory membership is for new Peak members or newly upgraded Coaching members. With this membership, you can:
- play tennis anytime
- join social tennis mix-ins
- play in club tournaments and team matches
Off Peak
An Off Peak membership allows you to:
- play tennis Monday–Friday before 5.00pm
- use our court booking service
- play in team matches
Coaching
A Coaching membership is for adults attending Club Coaching courses. They can:
- play when courts are available
- join family social tennis, but not adult tennis mix-ins
- not book courts online
Social
A Social membership allows you to:
- attend any social function that the Club holds
- come along to club nights
Further benefits for adults
Further adult membership benefits (depending on your membership category) include:
- Free to play whenever the courts are available
- Free use of floodlights and balls
- Free coaching assessment for new members
- May enter draw for Wimbledon tickets
- Attend social events throughout the year
Junior memberships
- Mini (8 and under)
- Eleven (9-11)
- Junior (under 12-17)
- Intermediate (18-24)
Junior benefits
Our junior memberships have the following benefits:
- Coaching discount
- Free junior social sessions on Sundays
- Free to play whenever the courts are available
- Free junior club nights in the summer
- May enter junior club tournaments and matches
- May enter draw for Wimbledon tickets (11 and over only)
- Intermediates have the same benefits as an adult Peak member
Parent
A parent membership allows parent members to:
- play with their kids whenever the courts are available
- join family social tennis
