Learn the Club rules

As HWLTC is run on a voluntary basis, it is the responsibility of members to familiarise themselves with the Club's rules, ensuring that our club remains a fun and friendly place.

​Club rules include:
  • Members are requested not to leave rackets, clothing, phones, etc, unattended at the club
  • Visitors should be entered in the visitors' book and the appropriate fee should be paid into the honesty box
  • Appropriate clothes and footwear should be worn on our tennis courts at all times
  • Members are expected to provide their own tennis balls if playing outside of our club sessions
  • Chairs, dogs, bicycles, chewing gum, glasses, etc, are not allowed on court
  • The last to leave should ensure all gates to the courts, pavilion and grounds are closed and locked

Make a court booking

We have recently changed our court booking system as Book-It ceased to exist. Members can now register to our venue on the LTA ClubSpark system. You can login to the system using your LTA login details, social media accounts or by registering with your email address. You can also book on the ClubSpark Booker app on your smartphone or tablet.

The court booking facility is available to full, 5-day and intermediate members. All other members should be able to view them, for information.
