Social Tennis and Pickleball

Our social club times are a big part of our tennis club, as they offer opportunities for our members (and their guests at £5 per play) to either practise what they've learnt from our coaches or to simply mix in with other members and have a laugh. During these designated club times, tennis balls or pickleball equipment is provided free of charge and the use of the floodlights are included in our membership fees. But for us, social times aren't just about tennis or pickleball. After the play time comes the fun time around our fully licensed bar, a spot of pool and friendly chats. We have a weekly Pickleball Social night, which is open to everyone. If you would like to pay per session, it is only £8 - which covers 2 hours of play, floodlights, free equipment hire, a friendly host and a free drink at the bar afterwards. Whether you’re retired, on shift work or on holiday, all Peak and Pickleball, Off Peak and Intermediate adult members are welcome to play tennis on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays 10am-12pm.

Our busiest tennis night of the week! Every Wednesday from 7pm, our Peak and Pickleball, Intermediate and Student members can have some friendly fours, playing seven games per set in busy periods.

What's a weekend without tennis? Saturday afternoons between 2pm and 5pm give our Peak and Pickleball, Intermediate and Student members a chance to play set after set in mixed fours in the daylight.

We also offer all Peak and Pickleball, intermediate and Student members the opportunity to compete in a free singles ladder, which runs throughout the year and is sorted into leagues, so players can show their progress.
